Garments Washing:

The technology which is used to modify the outlook, appearance, fashion and comfort ability of garments is called garments washing. Garments washing are the aesthetic finish given to the denim fabric to enhance the appeal and to provide strength. Garments washing can be done by following a process flow chart, which is deeply discussed in this article.

Garments receive from sewing department

Garments sent to the dry process (If there’s any dry process)

Hand scrapping

Whiskering

Tacking

Garments sent to the wet process

Garments loading into the washing machine

Garments sent to the dry process (If there’s needed any more dry process)

P.P spray (If the process needed)

P.P sprayed garments sent to the wet process

Garments receive from sewing department
At first, garments should be received from the sewing department.

Garments sent to the dry process
All the garments are sent to the dry process department if the buyer approved wash reference garment containing dry process.

Hand scrapping
Here hand scrapping is done by following buyer approved wash reference garment.

Whiskering
Whisker process is completed here by following buyer approved wash reference garment.

Tacking
If buyer approved wash reference garment contains tacking effect then tacking process should be done here by following approved garment.

Garments sent to the wet process
After completing all the required dry processes, garments are sent to the wet process department.

Garments loading into the washing machine
Here the garments are loaded into washing machine for required wash.

Washing
By following buyer approved wash reference, garments are washed here using required chemicals.

Extracting
When the garments wash will complete, then these are unloaded from the washing machine and extracted by using hydro extractor.

Drying
All the garments are dried here by using gas or steam dryer which is depended on the shade.

Garments sent
to the dry process
After drying, all the garments are sent to the dry process for completing P.P process if the buyer approved wash reference garment contains this process.

P.P spray
Here P.P spray should be done using required chemical by following buyer approved wash reference.

P.P sprayed garments sent to the wet process
After completing P.P spray, garments are sent to the wet process for completing rest of the wet processes such as P.P neutral, Tinting and Softening.

P.P sprayed garments loading into the washing machine
Here P.P sprayed garments are loaded into the washing machine.

Washing
P.P neutral, Tinting and softening is done here by following buyer approved wash reference garment.

Extracting
When all the machine wash is completed then garments are unloaded from the machine and extracted by using hydro extractor.

Drying
Here, the garments are dried by using gas or steam dryer which is totally depends on the required shade.

Garments sent to the dry process
If the buyer approved wash reference garment contains 3D process then these garments should be sent again to the dry process for completing 3D.

3D
Here 3D process is completed by following buyer approved wash reference garment.

Curing
Applying 3D process, the garments are cured here by using woven machine.

Quality check (Q.C)
After completing all above the processes, washed garments are checked here by following buyer approved wash reference garment.

Send to the finishing department
Finally all the garments are sent to the finishing department for the next required processes.
